During "feed mill" process molasses are produced, and usually they are added back to peels entering into the dryer. This means that important and valuable products are in somewhat way "wasted" into dry peels.
With CITRECH technology is possible to recovery in a concentrated form from 88 to 95 % of amminoacids contained in feed.
It is important to mention that system work just with crystal clear products, so it is absolutely necessary to have available an ultrafiltration unit, better if an hollow fibers unit.
