Pink grapefruit juice discoloration technology is specially designed to fit into normal juice processing lines. Our process technology uses just physical means (no chemicals of any kind) and natural citrus parts as process aids.

Necessary equipment is usually installed in any citrus processing plant with the only possible exception of an Ultrafiltration unit suitable to treat single strength grapefruit juice with up to 8 % pulp content (measured by centrifuge).
